Roles
- Renders service utilizing various imaging modalities.
- Administration of Radiology Clinical Research.
- Performs functions to identify, screen, and enroll study subjects, ensuring lab and data are obtained according to research protocol.
- Creates and maintains databases in accordance with research protocols and regulatory procedures.
- Prepares/submits event reports in adherence with study procedures, budget, and established guidelines.
- Conducts monitoring visits with research associates from sponsoring organization or funding agency by providing research data, clarification and reports as necessary.
- Maintains current knowledge of developments in relevant medical practices through reviews of articles and attendance at selected clinical conferences.
- Ensures technologists follow the various protocols of the studies with few exceptions to the satisfaction of the principal investigator.
